Study on the corporate reputation of the pharmaceutical industry in 2016—from the perspective of patient groups – now in its 6th year

To thank you for your participation in this study, all respondents will get a final copy of the resulting report (if they wish).
As an active patient-group representative, your opinion is very important – particularly on issues around patient-group and pharma relations. We would like to get your feedback on the behaviour of pharma, and how they can improve.
- All answers are confidential, and will not be shared outside PatientView (which is funding and managing this survey).
- This study is conducted independently of the healthcare industry. No pharmaceutical funding is involved in undertaking the study.
- PatientView funds the whole exercise itself by selling reports to pharma and medical-device companies, think tanks, government bodies, and PR companies.
This study has already been performed for five years in a row, ever since 2011, giving a good overview of the developments of corporate reputation of the pharma industry and what matters to patients. The results of the study are highly appreciated by the pharma industry, allowing them to learn about the views of patient groups and so adapt their policies to be genuinely more patient centric.
