Pingback: How apps help you cope with cancer | Health Care meets Social Media...
I have a few friends that have coped with different cancers, however, I really don’t see anything about the m/s disease ( ex. / Multiple Sclerosis!! More people have it then they think. For example I’ve been diagnosed with it some 22 odd years ago. I was 5 months pregnant with my daughter, and have had many different treatments for it…the best one so far has been the once every 3month infusions alternating between every 3 to 6 months with the best neurologist watching over my results by way of blood tests and infusions….she is located non profit holy name hospital in the m/s center!! Dr. Mary Ann Piccone , she’s my doctor at this location in Teaneck NJ. ,My point being is there should be more sites and health apps towards this uncured physical and mental disease!! I am very grateful for having the best care and living with this disease for as long as I have….I would love to speak to anyone who has this disabling disease and to live with it as well as I have.
